Kenya Interfaith Youth Manifesto on Preventing Violent Extremism

The Kenya Interfaith Youth Manifesto on Preventing Violent Extremism, developed by IRCK in partnership with KOICA and UNDP, is a bold declaration by Kenyan youth to safeguard their communities from violent extremism, inequality and marginalisation. Anchored in six resolutions — promoting peace and social cohesion, strengthening mental health, advancing economic empowerment, enhancing digital safety, institutionalising youth leadership, and rebuilding trust in institutions, the manifesto positions young people as active architects of Kenya’s peace and security. It is a unified interfaith commitment to building a resilient, inclusive, and thriving nation.
